Arranging a Call
Logging a call is easy. Just email or call us on 0118 9845005 and speak to one of our friendly operators. There is no automated queuing system so you will get straight through to a human being. Our technical staff are never far from the phone if you need further advice.

Non Contract Pricing
We endeavour to respond to non-contract single issue calls within 8 to 48 hours.
Within a 40 mile radius (the dark red circle) such as Reading, Oxford, High Wycombe, Basingstoke, Maidenhead, Slough and the centre of London, we have a standard call-out charge of £75+VAT which includes the first half hours labour. Subsequent labour is charged at £90+vat per hour.
Between 40 mile and 75 mile radius (the light red circle) in mainland UK only such as Bristol, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Coventry, Northampton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Southampton, Brighton, Chelmsford and Cambridge, we have a call-out charge of £115+VAT which again includes the first half hours labour. Subsequent labour is charged at £90+vat per hour.
For the rest of the UK and international sites please call for a quotation.
For new business we accept credit/debit card payment, BACS, Cash or Cheque. If an on site repair is not feasible then we can return the unit to our own British Standards Registered workshop in Pangbourne to complete the repair work.
If you have multiple offices around these areas we can support them all under one easy contract, one monthly fixed charge covering all call outs, labour charges and parts
