What can we do for you?

Once you have logged a call with us one of our experienced IT professional will be assigned to deal with your call, diagnose any problem and implement the solution. They will discuss the solutions available to you with an estimate of the costs involved. The visiting engineer is our own full time employee, we do not sub-contract calls so that you can be clear about who is in control....that's you by the way!

What service do we provide?

If you have a full support agreement with us your networking infrastructure and equipment will already have unlimited cover so you just need to contact us on 0118 984 5005 and log the call.  We'll respond ASAP and you'll see us on site usually well within the 4 hour response time.

If you are not already covered by one of our maintenance agreements then you can simply use us when you need us on an Ad Hoc basis and pay as you go. For our latest call out rates and to arrange a call just click here.

For Ad Hoc calls we endeavour to attend your site within 48 hours of placing the call. This is effected by workload so we can give you a more accurate time scale when you log the call.
