What are the charges likely to be?

REPAIR COSTIf you would like an engineer on your site then we just charge our standard call out rates so click here more information on the area we cover and the call out charges.

Give us a call when you get an error we should be able to give you some idea of the costs involved.

A workshop repair may sometimes make a lot more sense than an onsite visit (and it's cheaper) in which case simply get your faulty Proliant ML350 or DL380 server to us and we'll put it through our workshop to diagnose and quote to repair. If you don't like the quote we give you then we only charge you a £35+vat quote charge.

Our workshop turn around time is usually 5 days, you'll get a repair quote from us after 3-4 days in most cases. If you need a faster repair just let us know, we offer sameday, 24 hr or 48 hr priority turn around times
