We are in the unique situation of having the full diagnostics test station to be able to run these blade servers out of the rack so we can diagnose and work on them more easily. This also means we can fully test the blade units after they have been replaired so when you get the repair back you know it’s going to work

This product line is a confusing collection of part numbers and model numbers with generations and model changes everywhere. We can cut through all this and offer repairs on any of the BL20P and BL25P blade server modules.

Give us a call when you get an error we should be able to give you some idea of the costs involved.

A workshop repair may sometimes make a lot more sense than an onsite visit (and it's cheaper) in which case simply get your faulty HP Blade server module to us and we'll put it through our workshop to diagnose and quote to repair. If you don't like the quote we give you then we only charge you a £35+vat quote charge.

If getting it to us is a problem and you have GOOD PACKING please let us have the weight and dimensions of the box and we'll let you know how much the collection would be (usually around £25). If it's palletised you'll need to let us know as we use a different shipping method.

Should packing be a problem then we may be able to arrange an engineer to simply collect your server so please call us to arrange this.

Our workshop turn around time is usually 5 days, you'll get a repair quote from us after 2-3 days in most cases. If you need a faster repair just let us know, we offer priority turn around times for sameday, 24 hour and 48 hour for a small surcharge.
