Company History

ASAP Computer Services was formed in July 1989 and is privately owned and run by two partners; Andy Shipman and Adrian Rees. Back then our main line of business was electronic component level repair to computer and peripheral equipment. The business has developed and now employs over 15 highly skilled and motivated people.

In 2000 ASAP Computer Services expanded into on site computer maintenance and support so that we could provide you, our customers, with a one-stop solution for all your IT needs from within ASAP; no subcontracting or buck passing!

Our approach to problem solving has always been tenacious and we understand what customer service means and what our customers expect. Working with you to make your IT efficient and cost effective is where we excel.

ASAP Computer Services has been registered for British Standards Quality Assurance since July 2000 and have recently upgraded to the new ISO9001:2008 standards. This commitment to quality underpins everything we do. We are audited by Lloyd’s register of quality assurance every 9 months to ensure our quality system is running well; they really do go through everything with a fine toothcomb!

For our customers we develop a long term, dependable relationship taking the time to get to know you, your staff and your business. Our role quickly develops in to that of trusted professionals rather than the hard sell sales people some computer companies rely on.
