I.T. Hardware & Software Field Service Engineer

Based in Pangbourne and you will be supporting our customers remotely, by telephone and with onsite visits. This will involve travel to sites locally, to London and the home counties. You should have a good working knowledge of Windows networks coupled with field service experience. Good communication skills, initiative and the ability to work alone are essential and ideally you will have 3 years experience in most of the following:-

Hardware: PC's & Servers including Generic, HP, Compaq, IBM and DELL. Printers, Scanners and Networking equipment.

Software: Windows 98, 2k, XP. MS Office products including Outlook NT, 2k and 2k3 Server, Ms Exchange. Active Directory, TCP/IP, Firewall and Router configuration in particular SonicWall.

Salary fully negotiable and includes overtime and car allowance.

Software Developer / Website Design

Based in Pangbourne you must have proven commercial experience in : HTML(CSS), PHP, SQL and VBA and a good working knowledge of : Adobe CS3 Suite (in particular Photoshop, Dreamweaver), Microsoft Office (in particular Access, Outlook, Word). Good Maths & English are essential.

Other useful skills include Javascript, ActionScript, and SEO.
